- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a recognized post-secondary program in healthcare, life sciences, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in healthcare and a desire to learn about various aspects of a healthcare organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
