Fraser Health is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our internship program in Surrey, Canada. As an intern at Fraser Health, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced healthcare professionals, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to meaningful projects that make a real impact on our community’s health and well-being.
- Assist in various healthcare projects and initiatives across different departments.
- Support clinical and administrative staff with day-to-day operations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and patient care.
- Conduct research and analysis to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Help organize and coordinate community health events and programs.
- Develop and present reports on project outcomes and learnings.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance healthcare delivery.
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate from a relevant post-secondary program (e.g., healthcare administration, public health, nursing, medical sciences, business administration, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrated interest in healthcare and community service.
- Previous volunteer or work experience in a healthcare setting is an asset but not required.
