As an ATCO intern, you will have the opportunity to work in various departments such as energy, housing, transportation, and infrastructure, depending on your area of interest and expertise.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and present findings to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of innovative solutions to address industry challenges.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the achievement of departmental goals and objectives through proactive involvement and teamwork.
- Adhere to ATCO's safety standards and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business, environmental science, etc.).
- Strong academic performance with a demonstrated passion for learning and growth.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Prior internship or relevant work experience is considered an asset but not required.
